As Independence Day arrives, area markets, such as Market Street in Colleyville and Central Market in Southlake, are working to ensure that the food on their customers’ grills will be suitable for the prime summer holiday.

Grapevine Summer Nights will kick off from 7 to 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 5, at the Gazebo on the 300 Block of Main Street during Grapevine’s Independence Day weekend events schedule, according to a Grapevine Convention & Visitors Bureau news release.
